To celebrate the centenary of the Royal Air Force, some of the world’s top chefs have teamed up with serving RAF personnel to create this truly unique cookbook.

Researched, cooked, photographed and written by acting or former servicemen and servicewomen, the book tours 100 of the territories that the RAF has held a presence in since 1918, telling the amazing stories of its involvement in each region and providing a delicious, authentic local recipe that you’ll want to try at home.

This combination of incredible dishes and amazing tales will keep you reading before and after dinner. And contributions from such household names as James Martin, Tom Kerridge and Cyrus Todiwala add a dash of celebrity spice to the book.

One of Britain’s most revered and appreciated institutions, the RAF will be celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2018. A percentage of sales of this cookbook will be donated to the five RAF charities that the RAF100 Appeal is supporting.
